Before your treatment begins you will take some deep breaths of the aroma of a calming essential oil to help you feel balanced. You will then receive an indulgent back exfoliation, deep cleansing mask and relaxing back massage. Perfect for breakouts or just an extra pamper.

How often should I have a massage?
If you are looking to help manage your stress levels, then once a month is a good place to start. However, it’s not uncommon to have a massage treatment twice a month. It all depends on the individual and their needs. We have designed our pricing structure sensibly because we want you to see our treatments as regular, affordable preventative care, rather than a one-off luxury.
Do I need to undress for a massage?
You should undress to the level that you are comfortable with. Some of our clients like to get completely undressed while some prefer to keep their underwear on. It is important that you are comfortable and relaxed and should not be worrying about what you are wearing.
We will give you complete privacy to undress and dress before and after the treatment.
During the treatment, you will always be properly covered with towels to make sure you are warm and comfortable, with only the area being worked on being exposed. If you have any concerns or are uncomfortable in any way, then you must let us know either before or during the treatment so we can help.
